A Brief History

FlexoOne was started as a result of a vision that arose from many years of experience, and a desire to create a new concept of a company. That vision included a desire to raise the level of performance in the industry in regard to consistently high product quality, and unparalleled customer service.

FlexoOne treats both its clients and suppliers as friends and partners. We work together, creating unique ways of forming partnerships and doing business. We use innovative production techniques, and create quality products that spell increased success for all concerned.

The end result is a quality label or package that effectively markets the client’s product, while being friendly to the environment, saving money and resources, and thus benefiting the client and the end user. Management Team

Gary Crockett, President
Gary began his thirty-plus year career in graphic arts while still a student at Brigham Young University by co-founding a design and marketing firm. After becoming the sole owner of that firm, he acquired equipment and expanded it into a commercial printing operation. He also formed a companion silk screen printing company. In sales, he had clients from around the country and specialized in high quality lithographic printing, including fine art reproduction. He added the selling of flexographic printing about seven years ago. For several years prior to co-founding FlexoOne, he was the top producing sales representative of one of the West’s major printing companies. He has vast knowledge and experience in both lithographic and flexographic technology. He and his wife, Leslie, have three children and two grandsons. They enjoy backpacking, camping, boating, fishing, tennis, reading and traveling. Email Gary

 

Matt Sherry, CEO
Matt's background is in marketing and sales. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and his Master of Business Administration from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College in Salt Lake City. He has over ten years of experience in lithographic and flexographic printing, marketing and graphic design. He and his wife, Jessica enjoy many outdoor activities, cooking, reading, and traveling and remodeling their home. They just became the proud parents of a brand new little baby girl! Email Matt

 

Scott Opfar, COO
Scott began his full-time printing career at age seventeen while he was still in high school. Since then, has worked in every facet of flexography, including pre-press, plate making, press operation, bindery and purchasing. For different companies, he has started and built three different flexographic operations from the ground up. It has been said that he can move a press all by himself – no forklift needed! With twenty-five plus years of flexo experience, he is looked to as an industry leader and innovator. Scott and his wife, Maria, are the parents of two daughters and a son. They enjoy spending time working on their cabin and attending horse competitions featuring their children. Email Scott

Environmental Issues

FlexoOne is committed to its enhancement of our planet. We use water based inks, recycled papers and environmentally friendly products and processes wherever possible. Even the power we use to run our equipment is generated by the wind, rather than by fossil fuels. We cut out as much waste as possible and encourage our clients to use environmentally friendly materials as well.
